Today we did what I have been wanting to do forever … Go to PRAGUE ZOO! And we did pretty much all of it! Once inside we arrived just in time to catch a seal show in an awesomely designed enclosure with HUGE slabs of rock! There were about 4 smaller fur seals and 1 giant one. I loved it as they jumped through hoops, slid down slides, walked on two flippers and loads more tricks!
After the seals we went to the penguins and even though they were small they were still incredible as they dove all over the place.
Then we walked all the way up to the Indonesian jungle which was really cool and inside the rainforest like glass house we saw gibbons (just like my teddy Gibbon), fish, turtles, and even a mouse deer!
After the jungle we went to the polar bears. The polar bears were super as they swam gracefully through the water and strolled around their enclosure.
Then we walked in the wrong direction to the plains! We went there any way and after seeing tapirs, bison, camels, antelopes, wolfs, hyena and more, Dad had done his dash so he went shopping with Amy while me and mum stayed on. We noticed that the zoo was well laid out with ten pavilions which is a house thing, in each pavilion there at least 20 different animals! Out of all the pavilions and enclosures we only saw 242 out of 600 animal species! At least 7 of which were wild cats (e.g lion, tigers, cheetah).
Some of my favourite animals were: A rainforest tapir, Columbus monkey (also like my toy), ocelot, alligator and honey badger.
To end the more than awesome day, I bought a packet of toy deer!
